Still can’t believe that last May 2025, we taught what became the biggest Bachata class in the Philippines at the International Physical Education Convention.
Walking into that venue and seeing hundreds of PE educators from all over the country (and even from overseas!) ready to dance was honestly surreal. Some were professors, department heads, researchers, even doctorate holders in Physical Education… and there they were learning Bachata basics, laughing through turns, and fully embracing the music.
It was such a beautiful reminder that no matter how experienced or accomplished people are, there’s always joy in being a beginner again.
We’re incredibly honored to have shared many of their first-ever Bachata experience with them. Thank you to all the organizers and educators who danced with us and brought so much energy into the room.
Definitely one of the most unforgettable classes we’ve ever taught.
