Here are some tips on how to get out of the airport and to get around town:
GRAB CAR
Download the Grab app. A bit more expensive than the local taxis but super convenient. Be warned though: booking will be difficult and expensive during peak hours.
LOCAL TAXI
Walk past the airport yellow taxis and head straight to the white metered taxi line. Avoid the yellow or black taxis unless it's your last option as they charge almost double the regular rate.
BUS
Look for the blue "MY BUS" sign or ask the airport staff as it will take you to SM City Cebu and from there you have multiple options for getting around.
ANGKAS
Only for the brave and daring (and no luggage). Angkas is a motorcycle taxi hailing app in the Philippines, similar to GoJek around Asia. This is a life-saver during traffic hours.
RENT-A-CAR
Have a lot of activities packed in a short period of time? Rent a car service.
